Instrumental Version of "Dear Prudence", one of my favorite songs written by the Beatles [ info >> below].  

I'd like to thank Paul (@paul-racle ) my good friend, for his great help for making this possible. 
I should tell this to everybody - he was/is so professional, as he sent back to me several demos of bass track very shortly after my asking (despite that my production went very slowly), complying graciously with my requests to change song's structure several times, which were all fantastic...admire... definitely I had much fun working with him.  Hope you enjoy!

I especially love that simple chord progression of the original song with Drop-D tuning but with specific arpeggio pattern (called "Travis picking") on backing guitars...
I also love the episode of what this song was made for...(no matter how it may also convey a certain sadness...)
though, I arranged it rather simpler comparing with the original's structure as our cover was made by referring to one of jazzy-rock interpretation of Hiram Bullock's (who was born in Japan btw), so that we would have own improvised phrases on it easily. 
If you are interested in, check out Hiram Bullock's album "Manny's car wash" (1995) with Will Lee et.al...there's another live version by him with Jaco Pastorius on Youtube too. 

I should admit that some guitar phrasings may sound slightly off-key to you (especially in 2nd verse section and in the beginning of solo...it's because of a bit too much or too shallow tremolo arming / or of chorus effects on backings/ or probably 3rd string was out of tuning...), but I  leave them as a whole phrase was recorded in one-shot...hopefully they would be also heard as a part of a charm... sorry if they make you feel dizzy...
