EXTEND is proud to present a new mix from Skjöld. Shrouded in mistery, the project is hidden behind the concept of "minimalism".

Released mostly of the productions on Edit Select, Skjöld recently signed on the legendary Jeff Mills' Axis Records with the EP "Mars Exploration Program".

The approach of Skjöld in music it's to strip everything down to its essential quality and achieve simplicity, avoiding the unnecessary and embracing the most fewer sound. Enjoy this hypnotic journey through his deep minimalistic techno.

Vigesimoséptimo capítulo de Tale of a Sacred Dance creado por el dúo Beyond Humans,  n dúo musical integrado por Christian Lucio Sánchez (a.k.a. Chris Lucsan / Advnced / Productor musical, DJ, live performer) y Juan Lucio Sánchez (a.k.a. Geoastra / Ingeniero en sonido, productor musical, DJ, live performer), dos hermanos con una amplia y futurista visión de la música electrónica, influenciados principalmente por el Techno, el Ambient y los matices sonoros experimentales e hipnóticos. Nacidos en Colombia, comenzaron a tocar y a hacer música juntos en el año 2008 bajo el nombre de "Geometric89", luego en el año 2018, decidieron redefinir su concepto musical, naciendo así un proyecto más concreto y maduro al cual llamaron "Beyond Humans".
A lo largo de su carrera, se han presentado en diferentes clubs y festivales junto a artistas como Polar Inertia, Speedy J, Claudio PRC, Setaoc Mass, Developer, Mental Resonance, Joaquín Ruiz y The Ripped,
por mencionar algunos. Sus sesiones también han estado presentes en variados podcasts, entre los cuales se destacan Artscope Radio, No Way Podcast y el icónico MNMT (Monument). Además, han colaborado con sellos como Virescence, G89 Records, No Way Records, Force Inc. (Mille Plateaux), Alss, UTCH Records y Dosis Records, lanzando tracks para compilaciones, EP's originales y algunos remixes a lo largo de los años.

Beyond Humans ~ Tale of a Sacred Dance: Chapter 27

While each performance is unique, this one was unique-unique because it was part of the closing party of the beloved FOMO club in Białystok [PL], which is winding down after three years of great events. 

I prepared something special for that night and instead of just playing a set, I performed 100 % my own material, which is a small tribute to this wonderful institution. Yes, the venue was indeed an exceptional one and will remain in my memory for as long as synapses will allow. 

Thank you Dtekk, Konrad, Kamil, Mifi, Adam and the whole FOMO crew! How wonderful it was to be part of this story! A truly beautiful journey <3

Curse 010 - Michał Jabłoński

David Reina, Born in Cordoba, South of Spain. His musical career began in the mid 90´s after having involved in Hip Hop for a few years. In 1997 he began involved in Electronic music and more specially in Techno, Feeling attracted for the Underground Scene.

After a Decade playing around Spain and Twice in the United States, and having shared stage with international artist in numerous venues and events he decided to study music production and sound technician. Releasing His music on labels such as: Subsist, Main Concept, Rhod, Gynoid Audio, Inductriall, Dark Forest, Methodical... Just to name a few.

In 2018, He started his own  Record Label called Legend 1997 Records, focused on sci-fi, Minimalistic Techno, and Cinematic Soundscapes, With Thirteen releases so far.

In 2021 he released the first album of his career on the Legendary Axis Records Label, a purely conceptual work entitled "Future Technosignature". Twelve Spatial Sound themes, ambient soundcapes, and clever dance excercises.
All this with an eye on the future of Technology to find intelligent life in outer space as the main concept.
