The first time I caught @samredmore was in the mix for Craig Charles BBC Radio 6 Funk and Soul show and it was a bit of a wow moment. That he is an extremely talented DJ is an understatement.

He is also a very accomplished artist and currently has a brilliant album Universal Vibrations out via the spiciest of UK labels @jalapeno-records.

With a great single 'One More Time' out now and a new single dropping on the 21st we spoke to Sam about his career and he also put together this brilliant mix for us. Milan’s @Turbojazz is currently celebrating two decades in the music business with the release of his rather sublime album Whateverism. It’s a journey through all the sounds and genres which have shaped his now celebrated musical output including Nu Jazz, Soul and House from deep to broken beat. It’s a wonderfully rich release.

"...making a Balearic themed mix without it sounding cliche or cheesy outside of its traditional setting - i.e poolside or seaside - isn’t that easy. I didn’t want to go down the traditional Silver Back route by using tracks that had been specifically made to sound ‘Balearic’ whilst finding tracks that played next to each other give that energy without being ‘Balearic’ standards. Sounds confusing but I think I’ve managed to put something nice together for you."

With a superb new modern Brazilian Disco EP out on the excellent @fileunderdisco which has garnered remixes from heavy hitters JKriv, Dicky Trisco and Joutro Mundo and has seen some huge DJ support we thought that it was high time that we got to know @Processman a little better.

Having checked out his Soundcloud we quickly realised that as well as being a talented producer that he is also seriously  brilliant DJ so we asked him to step up to the LV decks which he has done in spectacular fashion mixing up a fusion of disco, boogie and house with a serious Latin Flare. PBR Streetgang are currently celebrating 20 years in the business with their excellent PBR 20 LP, a compilation of their finest moments which showcases some of their most celebrated original tracks alongside some of their exquisite remixes, including a few which have never been officially released before.
