French producer @Taho has already had a pretty spectacular career. Discovered by Laurent Garnier in 1995, Taho released two EPs on the legendary French label F communications at the tender age of 19. He followed this with releases on KMS, Ovum, Delsin and many more excellent labels. He's been heavily supported by a who's who of electronic music including Pete Tong, Gilles Peterson, Carl Cox Dubfire, Frankcois K and Dj Deep. He's a producer who's output is overflowing with quality.

Taho has restarted his well respected @luminarec label with a fantastic V/A compilation Odyssey from which we premiered Etic Seti's intense and euphoric piano house slammer Children of Paradise.

@mark-hawkins is a producer who over the years has released under a variety of guises consistently crafting serious quality underground house and techno. Now back releasing under his birthname he has put together a brilliant album 'The New Normal' which arrived last week via @houndstoothlbl.

Ahead of the album dropping we spoke to Mark in depth about his brilliant and fascinating career. Now mark is back with a full length mix for us and as you would expect from an artist this steeped in the scene it goes off.

Yoshi Horino(UNKNOWN season) - DEEP HOUSE TOKYO on Universal Rhythms 10/03/2022

Mick Wilson and August Artier explore a deeper underground club sound with this 90 min mix, crossing over between house and techno with slight electro and breakbeat references thrown in for good measure. 

To capture the essence of an intimate dance floor experience the mix was recorded live in front of a studio audience, (a child and a cat). The musical journey slowly guides you through the darker side of dance music, treating you to the sounds that you would expect to hear in a small hidden underground club away from the flashing lights of the mainstream. Partially mixed across vinyl and digital platforms featuring some new cuts as well as treasured B sides the mix ebbs and flows as it weaves its way deftly from start to finish to what can be expected now that we’ve returned to the dance floor.
