We first came across the super talented @tiptoesmusic1 when his track 'Ruffcut' landed in our digital mailbox courtesy of what has become one of our most trusted labels @momentcinetique. He followed that one up with 'Let go' and 'Steamboats', musically covering a lot of ground from classy deep house through peak time disco house. 

Safe to say we were hooked with Let's Go being one of our most played tracks last year. His latest release sees' him back on Moment Cinetique with another essential EP 3am which we covered HERE.

Safe to say that we have been impressed with this talent out of Glasgow so he was a shoe in when our 200th mix came up for grabs. Hailing from Tijuana in Mexico, @soulofhex have already released dynamite EP's via Jimpster's Freerange and @elusionsofgrandeur labels and now they are back with another delicious slab of house groove in the shape of the Pharaoh Machine EP. Featuring three tracks packing in the finest underground disco and house punctuated with powerhouse machine funk and endless dancefloor swagger it's another truly outstanding release.

Next up on the mighty Heist Recordings is a classy collaboration EP from NYC heads @JKriv, of Razor-N-Tape fame, and @petermatson, front man of the excellent Underground System who have drafted in some of NYC's most talented players to bring it to life. As you would expect from this fully loaded team of artists and producers the 'Bigtime' EP is outrageously hot. 

To celebrate the EP landing Peter Matson jumped behind the decks to record a real barnstormer of a mix for us combining his own tracks with tracks from the new EP and some of his favourite tracks from his recent DJ sets.
