With his brand new single South West Cruisin, out on Tropical Disco Records right now, Reece Johnson has delivered yet another classy slice of disco aimed firmly at the dancefloor. 

We took the chance to catch up with Reece and also twist his arm to deliver another one of his quality mixes for Le Visiteur following his brilliant club mix for us last year. This time Reece stepped up to the decks and delivered a worship mix for one of his favourite labels, Defected. Something we were wholeheartedly all up for.

Miracles is a sublime slice of deep Soulful house from Mystic V with a rather delicious vocal from Peter Jericho.

It's taken form the In search for the good EP, which lands on vinyl and digital on the 26th April via Léman Records. Featuring four tracks including 2 Kai Alcé remixes of Miracles and another track All One's Hopes it's a perfectly tailored EP packed with quality house music.

Our premier the original mix of Miracles has a wonderfully warm live feel courtesy of some brilliant bass playing, subtle keys and of course Peter's wonderful vocal.

With a much anticipated album on the way, Love, Care, Kindness, and Hope, Fred Everything unleashes single 3 from the album this week to get us in the mood. And what a brilliant preview it is with Soul Love featuring none other than UK electronic legends The Stereo MC's on vocal duties.

Soul Love is a deep, warm, hypnotic slice of broken beat and Stereo MC's frontman Rob delivers a captivating vocal. It's very classy indeed and another sign post of something extremely special incoming from Fred.

We featured 79.5's eponymous album last year on our Disco Juice column as one of the disco releases of the month back in May. Soulful and psychedelic it combined a multitude of sounds and influences from 70's disco to acid Jazz into something intimate and utterly delectable. Fast forward to April this year and now 79.5 and Razor-n-Tape are back with an EP of some of the highlights from the album remixed by some serious players. Step up JKriv, Malik Hendricks, Jubilee, Damien Harris and the brilliant FSQ whose take on B.D.F.Q. injects some serious sleazy dancefloor funk into the track.

To celebrate the release we had a quick chat with 79.5 and they also recorded a sumptuous worship mix packed with some of their favourite female led 80's rare groove and as you might expect it's rather brilliant.
