Besides was established in 2011 in Brzeszcze, Poland. In just 3 years it became one of the most popular bands on the Polish post-rock scene. The quartet playing a niche genre of music has conquered millions of people’s hearts during the Polish TV talent show – Must Be The Music, winning the main prize in the 8th edition of the program.

The band has played over 200 concerts in Poland and abroad (including France, Spain, Benelux, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States). So far Besides has released two albums ‘We were so wrong’ and ‘Everything is’, both well received by fans and critics. In 2020 Besides returns with a new album entitled “Bystanders”. It is a concept album, containing eight instrumental pieces inspired by the stories of Auschwitz prisoners and local inhabitants, who lived in the camp’s shadow during the World War II.

Lewinska Affair łączy rock, jazz, blues i funk z innymi gatunkami. 
Publiczność na koncertach trzymana jest na krótkiej smyczy. Wokalistka pieści ją, gryzie, a czasem ciepło tuli. Hipnotyczny efekt zniewolenia dźwiękiem dopełniają dwie gitary, klawisz, bębny i klarnet.

Lewinska Affair powstało w 2011r. jako duet Łukasz Goździuka i Katarzyny Lewińskiej, lecz w krótkim czasie skład zespołu rozrósł się, a każda nowa osoba przyniosła ze sobą wzbogacające inspiracje.
W listopadzie 2011 roku do zespołu dołączyli Wojtek Gil, basista, oraz Marcin Krulikowski, perkusista. Dzięki nim grupa zabrzmiała wielowymiarowo i intrygująco. Łukasz, Wojtek i Marcin mają wspólną przeszłość związaną z zespołem Muzeum Ewolucji. 
Jesienią 2012 roku dołączyli Marcin Lepka (klawisze, występujący również w składzie Chmur) i Michał Wojtyła (gitara el.), którzy zastąpili Łukasza. Najnowszym nabytkiem zespołu stał się Jan Kołodziej (klarnet).


Repertuar Lewinska Affair składa się z autorskich kompozycji, które nieustannie i nieskrępowanie ewoluują.


The Cheder Cafe is a meeting place for Jews, Poles, for Krakow residents and people from all around the world. It is a Jewish Culture Festival all-year cultural venue.  It is a cafe with a special menu and it is a venue for interesting cultural events: concerts, lectures, meetings, and workshops; it is also a reading room with a rich collection. The Cheder Cafe is the only place of its kind in Krakow. It combines the wealth of Ashkenazy Jewish tradition with the avant-garde and progressive streams of the contemporary culture of Jews from all over the world.
MuLaKuŻ is a unique project of jewish Culture Festival that presents NEW JEWISH MUSIC - avantgarde andmulticultural at the same time. Enjoy its spririt!
