A collaboration with my Homeboy Ralph Williams Jr.  State of Emergency is a testament to the state of affairs in today's world.  The world is truly in a STATE OF EMERGENCY!   While making sure that the vocals & lyrics could be heard in this song, I kept reducing the volume of the musical instruments until the words could be clearly heard,  I forgot that I could turn up the master volume on the track.  THEREFORE, I have done so. EMERGENCY 4!

After revamping my homeboy Ralph Williams song he wrote several years ago, I was inspired to redo 1 of my songs I wrote several years ago as well.  I tweaked it some more today, HOWEVER, there was a glitch uploading the song to this site.  I have since then uploaded it again  I added an anchor to help stabilize the bottom end more.
