Hallelugenia is Dark Soft Freaky Beats, Trippy Tunes, Electronic Ballads and more.
Hallelugenia aims to generate an experimental sound, colliding an alternative rock soul into an electronic suit.
It’s a Bristol based, wilfully contradictory, electronic rock/soul project created in 2015 by Luca Macchi by misspelling the name of a paleozoic fossil.
His music is dark, romantic and can result in space travels.
Imagine you’re coming back home after a night out, you’re still a bit high: you want Hallelugenia to take your hand and guide you into a restoring sleep or an intimate revelation. Or both.
Hallelugenia had a chance to express himself in important venues in Bristol such as The Fleece, The Crofters Rights, The Cube, The Louisiana, Hamilton House.
He’s always ready to perform for fundraising and in Social centres and he has memorable experiences at the Anticlerical Christmas in Cascina Torchiera (Milan, Italy).  
After a collaboration with Giuliana Fioretti that brought to the Ep “Clean it Up (Post Truth)”, several gigs in Bristol and London and a tour in Italy, Hallelugenia released an album in 2018 of the same name coproduced with Lorenzo Cela and he’s now working on a new Ep called “Voices and Ghosts”.

The music is made by audio collage technique, which rejects the traditional sound system, harmony, melody, even rhythm, and creates compositions from inconsistent and untempered sounds, noises. The source is natural or electronic, But the most preferred is the inclusion of human voices.

Rovar17 loopol és zaj-vegyítve kellemetlenkedik, Zopán meta-nyelvi gondolatait rezonálja mikrofonba, mindezt: Luca szaxofonnal, furulyákkal hullámozva bolondítja, Márk a dobok mögött kontraszt-improvizál, Gášò mély-réteges basszuson kísér(t), MaN pedig átható (man-uál) vizuált varázsol köréjük…

Abstract Household Warfare is a collaboration between two prolific Hungarian sound artists. On one side of the table, the noise warlock Rovar17 and Xpldnglke (aka the rhythmic hermit of Rákoshegy). The soundscapes initially created by electronic duo glide somewhere between catatonic phantom noises and pulsating rhythms on the thin ice of sound samples contaminated with fragments of pain. It’s nothing but a never-ending struggle, an eternal battle for control of the mixer on the first morning after the lobotomy.

Az Abstract Household Warfare két termékeny zajművész együttműködése. Az asztal egyik oldalán a zajvédő Rovar17 és a másikon a rákoshegyi ritmikus remete Xpldnglke. A duó által teremtett hangképek valahol a katatonikus fantomzajok és lüktető ritmusok közötti vékony jégen csúszkálnak. Nem más ez, mint egy véget nem érő küzdelem, örök harc a keverő irányítása felett a lobotómia utáni első reggelen.
