Every track reimagines the original’s themes, but with a darker, more emotional lens: adulthood battles, job loss, marriage strain, fatherhood, addiction, and the quiet pressure of trying to hold a life together while you feel like you’re falling apart.

Across twelve tracks, Under Fire blends classic boom bap, Logic-style rhyme precision, and NoFace’s own emo-rap grit. Songs like Cold Plates, Grown Man, and Suburbia dive into the unspoken battles of adulthood, while Whiskey personifies addiction in a vulnerable, haunting way. The centerpiece, Under Fire, is a full confessional, complete with an emotional voicemail that echo the pressure of real life.
