David Sayle is a singer songwriter from Liverpool England with an Indie rock background which blends into a live exciting mix of rock acoustic to show the musical and lyrical styles of this songwriter.

Aged 28 this artist has been playing music since the age of 16 and started his first band at 18 called Tourette. This band became David’s musical training, learning how to perform to audiences and how to convey the songs from the recorded version to a live environment. After 3 years of constant gigs and recordings the band decided to end and David then went solo with a project called Private Universe.

Private Universe was a project to allow David to produce band music as a solo artist and develop recording styles of heavier musical influences, after 6 months of being a solo artist David recruited 2 other members to allow him to take the new heavier rock band to gigs around the UK with great success and feedback from general public and also feedback from the music industry. After 4 years David decided the band had run its course and a new dynamic was required to get the music to the public.

For the past 2 years David has returned to the acoustic music scene taking the songs and style developed with the bands he has had and used this to create a new acoustic style - acoustic rock, which aims to show great songs at the bare minimalist to convey the musical ability of this guitarist, the vocal style and range and also the lyrical detail behind the songs. 

With regular gigs around the Northwest this singer songwriter provides intimate gigs with friendly banter of song meanings along with the style and presence of a rock artist making David Sayle a unique acoustic artist.
