Filthy Philp (pronounced “FILP”) is a dynamic and genre-defying artist whose sound blends Jungle, Drum and Bass, Liquid and Funk. Shaped by his nomadic lifestyle and immersion in diverse global cultures, his music is as eclectic as his travels, with roots in the UK’s underground Drum and Bass scene and reflecting a rich tapestry of life experiences and adventures in places like Australia and Asia. Since his debut in 2017, Filthy Philp has rapidly established himself in the electronic music scene, known for his emotionally charged tracks that resonate deeply both in mind on a personal level and in body on the dancefloor. Recognized for his ability to weave diverse sounds into cohesive tracks, his sound is a blend of soulful, introspective and high energy anthems, with cinematic sound design, intricate basslines and evocative melodies. Drawing inspiration from a variety of musical traditions, his work bridges old-school musicality with modern production techniques, creating a style that speaks to a wide range of listeners. His versatility in the studio and ability to connect with the audience on stage has earned him slots at major festivals and events worldwide, where he has shared the stage with legends in the Drum and Bass world. Filthy Philp continues to push the boundaries with his production prowess and electrifying performances, solidifying his place as one of the industry’s most resonant artists. With a string of impactful releases under his belt, Filthy Philp is making a mark on the global Drum and Bass scene.

Henderson Row is the latest and final evolution of a producer who’s spent years submerged in the Australian underground scene. Known for his signature ‘Swank’ sound and incredibly engaging live sets, this project distills a much rawer, more resonant sound. 

Opening the project by signing to Westwood Recordings in January 2025 - The mammoth collaboration with Slynk titled ‘Fragments’ made a loud statement as Henderson’s debut to his new home of Canada. The collaboration was promptly supported in playlists by some of the biggest festivals in the country such as Bass Coast & Shambahla. 

He quickly followed this release up with a deep, dark, Drum N Bass collaboration with SOLA (UK) titled ‘Emu War’ which was supported by Charlie Tee on BBC Radio 1. 

Henderson Row has since been supported by the likes of Odd Mob, COPYCATT, Thys (Noisia), Woofax and many others. His collaboration with DUSA titled ‘Black Canvas’ was played on VISION Radio shortly after its release. 

Following the momentum of these releases, he then signed his debut solo single to Westwood Recordings titled ‘Steady’. 

With only a handful of public releases already making this much noise, it’s safe to say Henderson Row’s service to his following has only just begun.
