Pale Sisters

One of the bonus tracks featured in this remastered edition. This piece focuses on the Latino civilizations that were first born after gaining their independence from the French and Spanish. The game offers many of these civilizations, with their own unique culture that makes them stand out. This piece was inspired by the people in the local towns and villages in the countryside who took refuge in the Haciendas that were the heart of their communities. The tune features a wide range of Latin percussion to give a driving Clave rhythm that sets the theme, while having a strong harmonic melody on the guitar. This allows the player to experience the sound of the Latino’s strong and creative heritage that made them stand out from all else.

Wars of Liberty Original Soundtrack: Remastered

Palace Hacienda

The second bonus track of this soundtrack. This one explores an area of the world that is far isolated from most other civilization, near the tropical islands deep in the Pacific Ocean. The people who inhabited this area were the Polynesians. This song is inspired by the local tribal music where rituals take place to bless the sky so that there can be rain. The piece features a many percussion instruments, such as the droning sound of the Digeredoo and the massive bass drums that keep a steady rhythm.

Rainmaker

This piece is a newly self-released single, all written and composed in an adventurous style. As the winter approaches, it can be defined as warm and bright, as well as a strong sense of pulse. A perfect outgoing orchestration of classical strings, percussion, piano, and a nice supportive charango line. This will be the first of many new pieces of music that will be apart of future productions. Enjoy!

Fake Plastic Trees (Radiohead Cover)

This piece travels to the birthplace of one of oldest monotheistic cultures in the world, hence the name, Hinduism. Inspiration was found at the special prayers and rituals done with the monks, kneeling down, hearing the spiritual drone of the Sitar and the melodic rhythm of the percussion. As the piece progresses, so does the layers of harmony of the strings, symbolizing the good will and drama created out of sounds.

Hindu Grove

This music piece symbolizes the Balkan lands and the high mountain ranges of the Balkan Peninsula. The song name "Botev Peak" comes from the highest peak in the Balkan mountain ranges which symbolizes great height and power!

Botev Peak

This piece is played in the favor of the enemy, when the game is lost. The gloomy strings are heard, along with a loud chime that reminds the player that their time is now up. After the sounds of loss, comes a voice and a flute, mournfully singing in the absence of everything else. It is a sad, yet hopeful melody that the player can learn from in future games.

Endless Darkness

This piece represents the dignity and royalty of the European empires, who created vast empires to show their dominance and influence. Much of the Western music and culture came from these empires, which spread throughout the globe. Many composers in western music wrote and played their music on the piano, which is what this track is intended to present.
