In 2011 I released my debut album Jelly Legged. I've toured Ireland from south to north and every which way. I've been lucky enough to perform on prestigious theatre stages and tiny homely pubs.
I am thankful to everybody who encouraged me along the way, from the wonderful artists I've supported to the audiences who made me welcome.
Only weeks after releasing Jelly Legged I've been anxious to get to recording my second album !
I didn't intend on taking so long to see it through.
The title Perpetual Motion comes from my father's influence. He was ever the explorer through books and the study of them. I was not so academically minded but was taken enough by his recounts to remember from childhood such ideas as the search for perpetual motion.
I think I'm not alone when I admit that every now and again I wish life could be easier from time to time. That maybe to have a run of good luck or be on a roll would be the answer to everything, 
To be human and wish for Perpetual Motion.
