This might quite possibly be my favorite track on the EP. 

I woke up in the middle of the night, thinking to myself that "Discovery" would be a suitable name for my EP. However, when I started working on ideas for the title track, nothing seemed to quite work out. So I decided to challenge myself and sample something in my kitchen and turn it into a pluck. I ended up filling a cognac glass with water, until it sounded somewhat close to a B note, and then hit it with a mallet. This is what I ended up using as a starting point for "Discovery".

For me, Cosmos is about a journey. A journey where we try to truly understand the universe. I believe as humans we have a space between being conscious and being asleep. This is called Hypnagogia. With Cosmos I wanted to remove you from reality for a brief moment and enter your body in this state of mind. Personally this feeling represents pure euphoria. How I felt writing ‘Cosmos’.
