A fab collaboration and addition to the ‘Elements’ series. The wonderful guitarist and producer, D4N4, took my track ‘Earth’ and added elements including a wonderful, soaring guitar, an e-bow, piano, some bass accents and fx to make this great track that reminds me of Massive Attack’s awesome third album, Mezzanine!

As is tradition, the Darksiders have once again bestowed a spooky Halloween playlist for the music community. For this year's theme everyone got to pick a ghost story of their choosing. 
    Since I am originally from New Orleans, I chose the famous local legend of Delphine LaLaurie. She was a wealthy aristocrat during the early 1800s. During an investigation into a fire at her residence, it was discovered that she was gruesomely killing and torturing her slaves. If you look into the story in depth the nature of her crimes were twisted as fuck. To this day the LaLaurie Mansion still stands at the corner of Royal and Gov. Nicholls in the French Quarter.
   As a side note, a fun fact of the LaLaurie mansion is that it was briefly owned by the actor Nicolas Cage. It has since changed owners several times due to the haunted nature of the property.

This piece was created as a way of offering our empathy (and a bit of whimsy with the cover art,) to those who also experience allergy seasons... whether spring and/or fall, indoor and/or outdoor... we've felt them all... and know how miserable they can be or make one feel. Somehow, it's always the ailments or dis-eases that affect our cognitive clarity that make us feel the worst and sometimes... "a bit less human." That's when we call in "the reinforcements" of our herbal supplements, teas, and topically apply or diffuse some of our favorite oils... and are grateful to no longer need to get allergy shots. We hope this piece offers you a few moments to "forget" your symptoms and perhaps take a few deeper breaths... at least while listening to this track.

This piece was produced in the 432HZ range so please do not drive or operate machinery while listening to this track... and listen to the track through wireless headphones at a lower volume to receive the optimum effects.
