Sinds 2014 schuimt Antoine Maréchal Abram, ook wel gekend als Schelpenman, rommelmarkten af op zoek naar schelpen, die hij vervolgens omvormt naar trompetten van de oceaan. Elke schelp is uniek en heeft een eigen klank. In zijn zoektocht naar de perfecte harmonie, haalt Schelpenman de alchemist in zich naar boven en stelt hij zijn muzikale toverdranken voor die ontstaan uit deze ancestrale instrumenten.

Depuis 2014 Schelpenman arpente braderies et vides greniers à la recherche de conques qu'il transforme par la suite en trompettes. À la recherche de l'harmonie parfaite, Schelpenman improvise et joue les alchimistes, mélangeant le son de sa voix et de celles des conques à l'aide d'un looper.

I play French horn in a harmony. I also do very gladly Fundance and Zumba. Listen to music, watch tv, read a book or just working on the computer.

Ik speel hoorn in een harmonie. Fundance en Zumba doe ik ook zeer graag. Muziek beluisteren, tv kijken, een boek lezen of even op de computer bezig zijn.

De vocale en instrumentale arrangementen zijn hoofdzakelijk gebaseerd op authentiek bronnenmateriaal van de 11de eeuw tot op heden. Het zijn pareltjes van liefdesliederen, gevonden in de schatkamers van de Europese volksmuziek. Daarnaast zijn er ook talrijke nieuwe composities. 

De muziek die Ishtar brengt getuigt van een innerlijke kracht die probleemloos taal- en cultuurbarrières overstijgt. 

Elk lied is een verhaal, elke melodie een getuigenis. Geliefden hebben sinds mensenheugnis gecommuniceerd over hun gevoelens door er over te zingen. Ishtar distilleert die boodschap en giet het gevonden elixir in een verrassend nieuwe muzikale vorm. 

In 2008 was Ishtar de Belgische kandidaat voor het Eurosongfestival in Belgrado met het nummer O julissi na Jalini.
