As one part of the "Zehlendorfer Disco Squad", Schnurrsen is playing at well-known venues all over  Berlin. In his warm and groovy sets, he combines anything with a touch of disco - from italo, house to indie dance.

Born in the mid-80s in Berlin, Philipp started DJing at the age of sixteen. Coming from a classical background playing drums and the piano, he was intensily drawn to the local hip hop scene at the time and came in touch with graffiti artists, who inspired him to become a DJ. Willing to use every occasion to master his craft, he started playing in small clubs and at block parties. Over time his vinyl collection expanded into various other genres, such as funk and soul, which in turn influenced his playstyle. 

In 2011 he founded the 'super fresh kids' collective in Potsdam and began focusing on electronic music and organizing club events. A decade later, he is touring clubs and festivals with his partner in crime as the "Zehlendorfer Disco Squad". He is the co-founder of the "Disco Futurismo", an eventseries which regularly spreads futuristic disco vibes around the city, which is aimed to be a label and platform at one point.

wannadosomething? wurde von Gesine und Jakob vor allem aus einem Grund ins Leben gerufen: um ihr Genre Boss Dance zu etablieren. Was das genau ist, zeigen die beiden Lovebirds in ihren Sets, in denen sie auf eine musikalische Reise durch die Galaxie einladen. Eine Galaxie, in der nicht nur die schönsten House-Sterne funkeln, sondern auch Italodisco-, Elektro- und New-Wave-Sterne leuchten. Übrigens wannadosomething? ist nur echt mit dem Fragezeichen. Warum? Das erklären euch die Beiden am besten selbst.

Wenn Musikliebhaber, Soundtüftler, MP3Stickalleinunterhalter, Lichtschwertmeister und Kapitain Casbah am Steuerrad ist, werden die Passagiere an einen geheimnisvollen, warmen und mystischen und Ort entführt. Sein Boot ist stabil und handgefertigt und daher sollten sich die Passagiere darauf einstellen, dass die Reisegeschwindigkeit dabei je nach Wind und Wetterlage von sehr gemächlich und fast schon bummelig bis mäßig schnell werden kann. Um den neugierigen Gästen dabei die Fahrt durch die exotische See zu versüßen, ertönen allerhand diepe, organische und treibende Klänge durch die wetterfesten Grammophone auf dem Oberdeck.

Gently nudging in all musical directions, Annie Farmer is best known for her extensive collection of early Lappland Sami Afrobeat, of which she owns all of no records ever produced. Not one limited by boundaries of current dance music, Annie Farmer is ever looking to expand horizons into whichever direction her undetermined sexual orientation takes her.
