My name is Don Gecko, I’m a DJ based in Belgium. My father was mixing techno in the 90s, and he passed on his love for electronic music to me early on. That influence opened the door to a rich and intense world, and pushed me to explore its many layers until I found my own sound.

I focus mainly on hard trance, hard bounce, and trance, while also offering techno hard groove / hypnotic as an additional option depending on the booking. All my sets are fully improvised and built from a highly selective process. I listen a lot of tracks every day to find rare, unexpected sounds that can surprise and connect emotionally with the crowd.

I’ve had the chance to play for XXXOUND, Hard Pulsion, Reckless Social Club in Brussels, Collectif Zinzin in Mons, and I also won a DJ contest for the Paralel collective in Brussels. For me, DJing isn’t just about making people dance, it’s about creating a real, raw, and memorable experience.
