Two prime Berliner power duos bring their creative forces together in their first joint production, after having previously collaborated on remix duties. 
Emerging from a dark lair overpassing techno and house, Dirty Planet finds the artists putting their collective stamp on the dance agenda, with Kruse & Nuernberg bringing forth their knack for aptly crafted melodies and Mat.Joe packing up dancefloor heat through rhythm and percussion.
Seems Real kicks off with a zippy synth sequence that plays around a perfect balance of melody and seductive rhythmics. The eerie vocal hook sets a dreamy ambiance as the cut unfolds brimming with subtle bleeps.
Aside from the bumping bassline that surfaces from the get-go, another element that’s instantly felt on Dirty Planet is the panting vocal sample. Laying a nervous mood from the first beats, the track explores a variety of frequencies by the way of percussive alternations filled with claves and clangs. 
With its united production efforts, Dirty Planet offers up two strapping tracks that bypass the brain and aim straight for the body.

I've dropped this a day early to make sure it's available for your NYE celebrations! I just want to take this time to thank every person who has supported me in any way this year. 2014 has been the busiest and best year of my life and I can't wait to share what's coming up in 2015!

This mix contains 19 tracks that I'm feeling and as always they're from a variety of genres. I'm rinsing some of these bangers on the dance-floor right now and the others I'm just absolutely in love with.

My mixtape's are my 80 minute journey of music, my way to explore, express and share my passion. From all sub genres of house music to my outro's which usually go deep and downtempo, another kind of music I listen to religiously.

Searching for the music and then making them literally takes me days and days but mixtape making is something I really love to do. I hope you enjoy them as much as I love making them!

Hypercolour enters its 10th year in possibly the rudest health it has ever been in.  With an extensive catalogue spanning house, techno, electronica and disco, with rave and breaks jostling for a place in its wide palette of output, the label takes time to reflect on many of the top drawer remixes that have been commissioned over the last ten years.

The compilation kicks off with the super smooth Bonobo remix of Maya Jane Coles’ “Something In The Air”; a version that cinematically sweeps over you, its rising melodies and tight percussions making this a standout job from the Ninja Tunes artist.

Brooklyn’s FaltyDL came correct with a stunning breaks version of “Stabs Of Regret” (a track featured on Vibert’s Ridmik album) and this is included here alongside another Vibert cut, this time from Kerrier District, and the simply massive KiNK remix of “Techno Disco”.

The heavyweight names continue, with contributions and fine remix work from the likes of Mr. G, Matthew Herbert, Roman Flugel and Deetron.  An eclectic and varied collection then of some of the remix highlights that the label have offered up over the years, and proof that the art of the remix is still very much alive and kicking!

Beginning January 18th, Tiga will release a series of remix 12”s for “Sex O’Clock”, “Overtime”, “Gentle Giant” and “Love Don’t Dance Here Anymore”, songs from his 2009 album Ciao! The ambitious project features some of the most respected and sought-after producers in dance music.
