“Ideas Of A Shapeless Form” is an album of both ambient sketches, and beats. It marks a transition in my music from drawing/ programming melodies, to playing them on a keyboard, which allows room for imperfection. Themes of balancing light and dark are present, along with flowing between fast and slow. The title of the album, “Ideas Of A Shapeless Form” refers to the ideas that we can’t imagine yet. Or of a world out there beyond our point of view. The songs are tales from a MIDI keyboard. They are brought to life, and patched together in a cut and paste collage, or like colours in an abstract painting.
