Light Blue File (Santiago Parodi) is part of a new generation of Argentinian artists who are steadily carving out an international reputation through their personal interpretation of underground electronic music. Born in Patagonia and now based in Buenos Aires, his sound is defined by hypnotic grooves, deep atmospheres and striking vocal edits that carry a distinctive sense of storytelling. Versatile and refined, Light Blue File feels equally at home warming up, driving peak hours, or closing after-hours sessions, always balancing precision with raw energy.

His musical journey began as a teenager experimenting with production and releasing on SoundCloud, Beatport and independent labels. By 2022, he closed a chapter under his former alias Santierri and embraced a more mature identity as Light Blue File, a project that rapidly gained recognition both locally and abroad. In 2024, he embarked on his first Europe Tour with dates in Paris, Ukraine, Marseille and Barcelona, setting the foundation for what was to come.

2025 marked a major breakthrough: an extensive tour across France, Spain, the UK, Morocco and Tunisia, with standout appearances alongside HearThuG and Voigtmann, and performances at iconic venues and festivals including Lion & Lamb (London), Cocoon (Tunisia), L’Envers (Marrakech) and Essaouira Supervibe (Morocco), plus an infiltration on Olympiad Festival line up, being invited to play by both HearThuG and the BinarySound Crew. During this period, he also collaborated with Occibel on an EP (PlayFool, 2025) and secured forthcoming vinyl releases on Are You Alien (HearThuG) and Subsequent (Voigtmann). His sets and productions have become regular fixtures across the global underground circuit, with HearThuG describing their B2B as one of his best in recent years, and Voigtmann naming him in a Houghton Festival interview as “a producer to watch.”

Currently, Light Blue File is preparing the launch of his own imprint, LBF Records, consolidating his vision as both an artist and curator. Standing at the forefront of a new Argentinian wave, he continues to bring local culture into dialogue with a wider international ecosystem — open, diverse, and collaborative.
