I have made this list in addition to the Shoegaze On group on FaceBook  (https://www.facebook.com/groups/atsbo) that I founded.
I think it’s great that I can help people to get their music out there and help promote, although there is so much stuff out there, it is sometimes very time consuming to pick out the gems.
