Moon Flower is a tasteful mix of sounds from cultures around the world. I am humbled and grateful for all cultures and all traditions. I have personally grown so much because of cultural teachings the wisdom they share. 
I channeled this music with the intention of love created from the heart inspired by muse Phoenix Fireflow. 

The track is a tapestry meant to weave together and honor the beauty of all cultures this world have to offer. To embrace sensuality and flow with whatever life brings, enjoying and feeling it all.

⚔️ PLUVIO – A decorated veteran of Bass Militia, Pluvio returns to the field carrying the banners of Symbiotik Records and Audio Swarm. Widely regarded as one of the pioneers of the Neuro Breaks movement, his arsenal of percussive weaponry and intricate Neuro design has humbled many in combat. His remix of DON’T TRY THIS is another calculated strike of surgical precision, a reminder why few dare to face him in a drum showdown. Today, we also raise a toast to the soldier himself, happy birthday Pluvio and honour his continued service on the frontlines.

⚔️ KIZZA – A rising warlord whose arrival just two months ago with the Synaptic Overload EP and his brutal Yolked remix has already shaken the battleground. KIZZA fights with relentless energy, his basslines strike like artillery fire, and his melodies carve chaos into every frontline he touches. In a time where many soldiers imitate one another, KIZZA’s vision cuts through like a blade, original, ruthless, and impossible to ignore. His remix of DON’T TRY THIS is pure carnage, another reminder that he’s a dangerous new commander in the Bass Militia ranks.

⚔️ KEPTEK – A fresh recruit making her Bass Militia debut, Keptek storms onto the battlefield armed with a hybrid arsenal of hardtek and drum & bass. Her weaponry blends pounding 4-to-the-floor kicks, rolling breakbeats, and razor-edged vocal chops, creating a crossfire of unrelenting energy. Known for turning every dancefloor she commands into a warzone, Keptek’s remix is a high-octane bombardment that announces her arrival to the Militia with authority. Gravitas Recordings is pleased to release Circulate Vol. 1, a global bass compilation curated by David Starfire and SOOHAN. This compilation boasts an impressive roster full of original tracks, remixes, and collaborations with eclectic artists such as Kaya Project, An-ten-nae, Desert Dwellers, Beats Antique, and CloZee, to name a few. Circulate was created in support of Beyond the Grade, a grassroots 501(c)3 not-for-profit Austin-based charity that provides after school music education for underserved children. 

Over the years, Austin musicians have donated their time to Beyond the Grade in teaching various programs, camps, and classes such as beats, live performance, drum kits, keyboard/piano, and guitars. Music is proven to positively increase people’s happiness, learning, and creativity; however, many schools are not able to fund music education. David Starfire and SOOHAN understand first-hand how beneficial it can be towards cognitive development and self-esteem in children, and they are excited to spread Beyond the Grade’s mission among the electronic music community through Circulate.

Another mission of Circulate was to advocate the global bass music community that is growing around the world. This compilation spotlights different sounds and features artists from around the United States, Finland, Ghana, Canada, Hungary, Angola, Poland, France, the UK, and more who contribute to create cutting-edge music that is a fusion of traditional cultural music mixed with modern beats, bass, and rhythms. There is a movement in music with different cultures coming together musically with dance music, as dance crosses all languages and is a language of its own to be understood universally. From celebrations to rituals, dance brings people together. With the internet, anyone can listen to music from another culture and fuse it with dance music to create a unique version to share with others. This global bass compilation was created with the understanding that people are interested in being educated about music from around the world and hearing sounds that are outside of the norm. Beyond the Grade was the perfect charity to partner with for this compilation, and 100% of net proceeds will be donated to assist in “keeping music alive in Austin schools.”

Brought from the dance floor to your listening ears, Equanimous presents his debut album, Merging Elements, via Gravitas Recordings. Merging Elements is a heart centered adventure whose inhabitant exists between bliss and bass. Through 11 artist collaborations that span over nine tracks, prepare to engage in an ecstatic, auditory journey full of rhythmic vibrations, beautiful melodies, and organic sounds. Each song has its own special process, and a special collaborative vibe consolidates to form the unified project that is Merging Elements.

“Arise” with Equanimous and Skysia while they prepare for a meditative voyage into the beautiful sunset. Equanimous and nok nok immediately encounter a series of rhythmic, vocal percussion in “Bumpin Bass Beatbox.” Equanimous recruits Auralponic for “Tahini Kiatsu” as dreamy keys meet an expressive, bassy spirit with a hint of glitch.
