Say Girl Say is a genre bending trio from Houston, Texas. Members, Brigette Yawn, Suzan Zaghmouth and Luke Odom are known for their articulate, soaring vocals, lyrical finesse and uninhibited tribal percussion.

Suzan and Brigette discovered their connected powerful harmonies in early 2010 which sparked an equally powerful bond driven by their shared passions for nature, our vast universe, and the cosmic waves of music. In 2011, after many nights experimenting with eerie falsettos, rhythmic soulful melodies, and dueling ukuleles, they began sharing their magic at open mic nights in local bars of Houston. That’s where they met Luke, with world driven percussion that is the heart of Say Girl Say.

With a wide range of influences and styles, from east to west, there’s no common genre that encompasses the sound that is birthed by the triangular balance between them.
