Found this quote about how other people treat you is a reflection of themselves and had a think about it. I've realized that I always treat people with respect and kindness and that it's the decent human thing to do. When people don't reciprocate that or insult you, it's not your fault whatsoever for doing something wrong, the other person may be facing problems / insecurities of their own and you may just be an impersonal target for that unhappiness. Made me realise how much I've been stressing over other people's problems and just to let their baggage go and focus on myself and brush off what other people say since I've realised that it's not personal, they're just unhappy themselves.
