We draw a close to this years releases with a three track EP for the boss himself under his deep house and breaks alias, Real Gone Kid.

Breaking into the scene in 2012, the RGK moniker has seen Simon signed to a number of strong mid-tier labels including Mirabilis, Whartone and Baroque. But since the inception of ASTIR in 2017, his output has become more refined. This three-tracker is his first original material this year and begins a fertile period in the lifecycle of Simons longest serving production project.

Opening with 'Dangerous Path', a prophetic speech warns of the dangers of social media and group dynamics soundtracked by a stab-led deep house vibe. Next, 'Expression of Joy' slows the tempo for a warm, pad fuelled early morning opus, finally finishing with 'Just A Girl', an intricate warm up groove packed with detailed percussion.

The release is completed with a remix by Sascha Dive, who alters the main theme avoiding the raw bass line and drums, giving the song an elegant and sexy touch with a lot of groove.
