These four songs are a reflection of a pivotal time in my life. During this period, I faced a lot of loss, from losing a loved one to nearly losing my own life. To cope, I turned those intense emotions into art. Although I never got the chance to finish these songs due to unforeseen circumstances, I decided to release them 'as is' instead of holding onto them forever. They may not be perfect, but in their raw, unpolished state, they hold a special kind of perfection. This is a vulnerable place for me to be, as an artist, because I'm my own biggest critic. But that vulnerability is what makes art so beautiful.
