Every so often I kinda do spring cleaning. You know get rid of things that I don’t really need that sort of piled up over the years. It feels awesome after doing it. All this free space.
Anyway came across this old answering machine, well not that old, ( but left in a box filled with things I no longer use). which still had messages recorded inside. 
I listened to these messages. Boy it was strange to listen to them after such a long time.
This one in particular was from my boyfriend I was seeing at the time. We were both art students and we spent a lot of time together but each had our own place. 
Anyway one day after a fight we didn’t see each other for a few weeks. And he left many messages on my machine. I was angry so ignored his messages, but looking back, I think we loved to fight for the thrill of getting back together. It was one of those passionate but volatile relationship and exhausting at the same time. But we got back together in the end…….ahhhhh….happy endings. So here’s a message . Enjoy. Love to all. Reworked version of Break Out Of This Cage with Norbert Meyer (N.o.b.S) - what an incredible guitar track he came up with. A lot of iteration on the levels and production of this track before coming up with this final mix. Norbert also took care of the mastering.

taken from my forth-coming mini-album the elements,i wrote this track
while traveling around the uk during the 2020 pandemic.
The stunning scenery and old English castles and coastline influenced me to write and as i looked out across the white cliffs and jurassic  coastline of the Dorset coast  ideas of the elements [being outside in storms and sunshine]came to me ..whatever happens to humanity we are  all governed by mother nature and we are equal to the other lifeforms and animals on the planet .

Mary , Queen of Scots (8 December 1542 – 8 February 1587), also known as Mary Stuart, queen of Scotland (1542–67) and queen consort of France (1559–60). Her unwise marital and political actions provoked rebellion among the Scottish nobles, forcing her to flee to England, where she was eventually beheaded as a Roman Catholic threat to the English.
The scene to the soundtrack:
In the May sunshine, Mary and her 2nd husband Lord Darnley her cousin went to ride to the Scottish
woodlands.It all seemed like a dream, the wild ride, the strange smells and sounds.
They should have a race. Mary loved to ride and to ride fast. A horn sounded, it notes oddly out of
place where no hunters were.
