AB Playlist 038 Part 2

More old band history and memorys after finding this old band reheasal tape of early punk covers listed below from a band called Rabid Nettles i was in back in 1990 and was recorded on one of those portable tape to tape deck with the worlds smallest microphone using the lowest quality magnetic tapes of the 90s and restored as reasonably practicable! Great fun band and were big in Birkenhead! hehe The band also used to rehearse at same place in Wigan as The Verve before they were famous in an old club called The Den thats now been knocked down, we had some top gigs there the whole sceane did was mint! The band had this mallet of doom used for knocking posts in and on our last ever gig we smashed our gear to bits at end of gig and then everyone threw it at each other and audenice joined in too! I seem remeber the glitter ball been booted down the road at end of that gig too! lol

The morning was bright and airy when i woke and the brilliant sunshine tempted me to go over our local woods, so i made myself some breakfast and headed out to take some photos of this wonderous sight, the birds were singing and the day felt positive and kewl, i found myself a nice place by a stream to chill and take some photos of this relaxing peacefull setting when there in the distance i could see there were 3 aliens dancing round the old oak tree, i rubbed my eyes and a shiver went down my spine, so with much nervous trepidation i wonderered over towards them with a giant smile upon my face, pointed my camera and i woke up two hours later in the undergrowth with a thunder storm brewing, suddenly a flying saucer raised up from the trees and speed off and was gone in a instant of the blink of my eye, did i capture this on camera as my cameras battery was now flat could it really be, i rushed off home wondering why i had a sore bottom and an itchy knee to check my pictures only to find my camera hadnt taken anything only the birds in the tree in this orginal electronic positive fun feeling chilled electro psychedelic dance alien encounter sci-fi journey! Hope you all have a top festive season and new year and maybe my last track of year! hehe! Cheers Peace :D

Hello Soundcloud, thanks for the Listens, Likes and Support. Im from Melbourne Australia, I have been playing guitar for many years now and played in two bands during the 80's & 90's (STOLEN CAR original) & (STORM cover),both bands never released any material. Since 2010 i have been writing songs and tunes and recording them in my music room (3rd Bedroom), i play Guitar, Bass, Keys, BFD2 Drums(programmed)and Vocals on all of my songs which i class as Demo's, I love all types of music but Hard Rock, Rock to Alternative appeals to me most.
