Home is a song that I wrote about searching, trying to find peace, struggling with ego, struggling with self acceptance, living in the past, isolation

It’s about non conformity, not fitting in to social restraints, not comfortable with modern life and trying to hold on to the way things used to be,

The first line talks about searching for the stars but my mode of transport is a Lambretta, an old way to travel, so it explains perfectly how difficult I make things for myself,
 
I’m Looking for the person that once had a home, that person is me, myself,

For me “home” really is where the heart is, and what I mean by that is that home is inside me,

Anywhere can be my home, as long I’m comfy in my own skin,

So for me home is an inside job, like most of the realisations I have came to, 

I can search all I want, move jobs, houses, countries,

But I’ll never really be home until I’m at home with myself
