Lil Maxine rose from the need to shine light on the little things, the unseen gestures that often mean the most.

Founded by Austrian jazz singer, pianist and songwriter in Vienna in 2012, Lil Maxine is now based in Bristol UK.

UIC (the Urban I-Land Collective) is a genre defying outfit, with a subby you can feel, reminiscent of a Docklands Settlement inspired and truly Bristol soundscape. 

Burly and belligerent bass driven rhythms grapple with the sometimes manic, always melodious guitar for your full attention as you bounce your head to the dynamic drum patterns. 

Kinetic keys and vibrant vocals complete the already full picture. They won’t be contained and when you partake neither will you.
