Mónica Spear participó también en Miss universo 2005 y logró quedar entre las 5 finalistas 👑, al pasar el tiempo en el 2006 obtuvo el papel en la telenovela "el desprecio" luego un año más tarde consiguió el protagonico en la telenovela "mi prima ciela" meses después regresa a venevision para protagonizar "la mujer perfecta" en este personaje le dio vida a una chica con síndrome de asperger a raíz de este personaje que interpretó se hizo miembro de la asociación civil para el desarrollo de la educación complementaria y la fundación asperger en Venezuela luego de esto en el 2011 firmó un contrato 📃 de exclusividad con la cadena EEUU Telemundo para poder realizar "flor salvaje".
Mónica fue muy querida no sólo por su trayectoria sino también por su forma ser era una mujer que trasmitía mucha paz, amor, tranquilidad  y muchas personas le tenían demasiado cariño desde compañeros de trabajo hasta admiradores, ella tenía una gran conexión con su país (Venezuela) amaba demaciado sus países 🌱 y siempre anhelo con volver a visitarlo y no sólo eso, ella comentó que quería ir con su hija para que conozca dónde había nacido su madre. La hija de Mónica y Thomas vive actualmente en EEUU ha pasado por muchas consultas psicológicas que le han ayudado a sanar su dolor y seguir adelante.
