We are a north East "genre unknown" band consisting of one hot 100% lesbian ( with c**K and ba**s ) All horrid notes played are mine.  some good notes on guitar played by Margaret the wizard , lily  and beats by Bri Hunter from the sound station. All songs are rough as a badger and just ideas to entice people who want to form a band playing this kind of music.  I'm not the most competent on any instrument. and my lyrics are worse than the match of the day theme tunes. Id like to form a band with similar tastes. I need 1 or 2 rhythm/lead guitarists. backing vocals. possibly 2 bassists, keys, I do want to sing and play guitar. no lead for me though.  but more than happy to share or step down from singing if you come up with a better melody.  An energetic drummer who can make the minions dance.  Above all you must like the music you hear. I know its rough, and there is a lot of horrible notes played but it was a one take messing about sort of jam with myself and they are poorly mixed and produce but that's where you come in.

The action takes place in 1960s Belfast, where Roman Catholic Grammar School boy Danny builds a pirate radio transmitter, falls in love, sleepwalks into the IRA and discovers too late the Faustian nature of the bargain that he has made, and the real motives of those he has trusted. The title comes from a Stafford Beer quote:

'The Holocaust has shown us that the creation of hell on earth is just a matter of engineering. The creation of an earthly paradise is an engineering problem also.'

The work has a 'folksy' 1960s atmosphere, and  the cast includes teenagers of both genders as well as parts for adults. It is intended for production by small 'amdram' or student theatre groups.
