"Limbostar Music" is a label started in 2004 by two brothers (Julien & Basile) at their Saint-Tropez recording studio. Sharing on the surface one of the French Touch hallmarks, their core influences are really Cold Wave and Detroit. Ju Guevara is the last of the titles they produced together, recently remastered. Since Julien tragic disparition Limbostar legacy lives on vibrantly thanks to the rest of the Escoff' Family (The Big Baz, El Master Dav and The Gang).

Have been in and out of DJ'ing since the mid 80's.
Back on the decks in the Netherlands after a few years in the Dutch Caribbean during the 00's and 10's  and nowadays equipped with the XDJ-XZ and my vintage SL1200s.
Yep, I also use them without the sync button.. ;)
My sets contain different styles of house (disco, balearic beat, latin, tech, electro) and take you on a journey trough 40 years of dance music. While listening you might notice I grew up and was inspired by Ben Liebrand and  the electronic disco sound of Patrick Cowley,  Arthur Baker, Giorgio Moroder and more..  Have been making mixtapes and edits  in my home studio mostly, but have also been spinning live around the world. Some points of interest: Tahiti Cocktail Bar in Fuengirola, 'Utrecht Canal Pride' and 'Our House is Your Disco' in the Netherlands, Papillon in Bogota, Zanzibar-TuTu Tango-The Boat on Curacao , Aruba Marriott Resort, Soggy Dollar on St. Maarten and more..

ArtEfficient Intelligenz is a composer multi instrumentalist whose trajectory includes work with producers Colin Thurston (Human League, Bowie, Iggy Pop, Eno, Tony Visconti, Talk Talk, Duran Duran), and Paul Kendall (Wire, Piquet, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Recoil, Goldfrapp). 
His work has also been personally praised by producers Dave Allen (Human League, Wire, The Cure, Neneh Cherry), Ian Little (Roxy Music's Avalon, OMD's Dazzle Ships, Duran Duran), Stephen Lipson (GJ's Slave To The Rhythm, Propaganda, McCartney, A.Lennox, S.Minds), Chrissie Hynde, or Supergrass. ..Where the strange ones go.
 
Evan has played live at legendary venues like London’s Shepherds Bush Empire -supporting Pulp during the Common People tour at their request-, or the old London Astoria. He has studied sound production, synthesis, programming, composition and audiovisuals his whole life, having charted with a few hard-tech productions, while also long-time studio collaborating, at his request, with J. Parsons, who engineered and produced some of Alan Parsons' projects.
