Each member performs multiple roles in the LILT orbit, in addition to being weathered players, we have a filmmaker/cinematographer, a marketing executive and a studio producer.

Imagine viajar pelas ondas sonoras do espaço. Imagine um universo curioso. Inabitado. A ser explorado. Prazer, LILT. É rock. É noise. É fusion. É instrumental. É o que seu ouvido disser. Com a proposta de apresentar uma sonoridade marcante, o power trio se lança em 2015 como uma banda experimental. Synths, beats, grooves, linhas de baixo bem definidas e guitarras versáteis são as marcas da banda.  A ideia é passear por diversos estilos, explorar elementos e desconstruir formatos.  A resposta disso tudo está em cada música. É na ausência das letras que o freestyle se faz presente. Um som sem limites, sem rótulos, sem frescura.

LOGAN NELSON scores compositions that blur the line between live instrumentalists and electronic atmospheres, evoking thrilling textures unique to each project. He was recently named the Best Young International Composer at the World Soundtrack Awards in Ghent, Belgium. Logan attended the festival with Oscar-winning director Barry Jenkins who later named him a “must watch composer.” 

Logan just finished collaborating on Renan Ozturk’s next documentary epic about Mt. Everest. The project was produced by National Geographic and Sony, featuring live orchestra recorded in Budapest!

Logan has worked closely with Emmy-winning composer, Kris Bowers. With Kris, Logan wrote additional music on Netflix’s critically acclaimed Dear White People and ABC’s For the People. Following these projects, they worked on the Golden Globe-winning film, Green Book, compiling both the original score as well as many of the source tracks. Logan also worked on Monsters and Men which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and was a credited composer on Unstoppable, which premiered at Tribeca. Before Kris, Logan worked at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions.

Logan recently scored, Straight Up, a romantic comedy produced by Valparaiso Pictures. When not scoring for film, Logan enjoys writing for other mediums, like dance; his piece Into and Out Through, conceived in collaboration with five choreographers, recently completed two sold-out performances. He also produces for the synth-pop duo, LightHouse which was described by Flaunt Magazine as "a seemingly flawless combination of various synthetics that not only pleases the ears but causes listeners to get up and dance.”

Additionally, Logan is a composer with Score a Score and Found Objects Music. He has written on various commercials for Google, Nexus, IBM, and Prudential. He has scored over 40 short films, two web series’, and a video game.

He attended the University of Southern California where he majored in Music Composition and minored in Cinematic Arts. Logan has played the viola in symphony orchestras across the midwest and enjoys incorporating it in his scores. He is also trained in classical and jazz piano. He loves 35mm photography, funky socks, and rewatching episodes of the Twilight Zone.

Logan resides in Los Angeles, California.

"When composing, I experiment with timbre and sound as basic structural elements generated through algorithmic processes. These experiments, however, are not to be systematically found in all my works, as I do not have a dogmatic approach of music."

A French-born, Didier Guigue lives in Brazil. As a Senior Researcher at CNPq (the Brazilian Research Council) and Tenured Teacher at the Universidade Federal da Paraíba, his academic, lectionning and lecturing activities are mainly in the fieds of XXth/XXIth Century Music Theory, History & Aesthetics, and Computing Applied to Music.

His concern as a composer is mainly about electronic music and live multimedia art. One of his current activities is a collaborative project with the visual artist Petrônio Bendito, which includes live performance with sound, images and dance.
