Vion marks Lorenzo Montanà's 29th full-length album as an Italian soundtrack composer, engineer, and producer. This album represents his debut solo project for n5MD, an emotive electronics label based in Oakland. Initially sparked by Montanà's desire to experiment with jazz brush drum patterns, Vion gradually evolved into a diverse exploration of musical styles. This journey led to a fusion of ought-era experimental electronica elements and immersive ambient textures, expanding the album's sonic palette.

Montanà's music is characterized by a constant sense of motion and evolution, with intricate details that seldom remain static. The interplay between brushed drums and innovative production techniques lends Vion a unique blend of lightness and melancholic undertones. This release showcases Montanà's artistic growth beyond his previous ambient works, offering a cross-section of his electronic music endeavors thus far.

Vion will be available on transparent red vinyl starting May 24th, inviting listeners into Montanà's rich musical landscapes.

mega:oba is a collaborative project from LOFS co-founders Jamie Genome and Number One. The project explores the intersection between their tastes and provides the freedom to manoeuvre through different sounds and sonics from across dance music.

001 marks the project's first exploration—a focus into textured rhythm and atmospheric weight. Influenced by the spatial echoes of dub techno and the stillness of ambient, the release is shaped by the afterglow of transformative sets experienced at Draaimolen Festival.
