This past month, I spent nearly 2 weeks having anxiety attacks every day because of someone else's lack of emotional responsibility. I hadn't been this way in for so long. These were horrible moments.

For B is a track I had written for that person. Today it is a reminder that I deserve more than that. I deserve someone who really wants to be on my side. And you deserve it too! Do not accept being treated badly or feel inferior if you go through situations like this. And if it happens to you, you don’t need to go through it alone!

We live in difficult times, so we need be extra careful and empathetic with ourselves and others!
