Severn Electronic’s first release, "Many State Actors Playing Games," is the first in a string of releases that will be coming out throughout 2023. This EP from 7XINS features five tracks that takes the listener on a journey through the atmospheric world of electronic music, with its airy soundscapes, driving beats, and introspective textures. Conceptually themed with powerful imagery, the EP conveys a message that leaves interpretation down to the listener and encourages one to engage with the music on a deeper level.

7XINS has been heavily involved in London’s dance music scene for years, holding down a residency as a live performer at one of London's most exciting venues, FOLD. Live shows have been a focus as of late with a number of performances for the now legendary UNFOLD and a debut performance at Tresor in Berlin last summer.

7XINS focus has shifted to getting the label off the ground by releasing a backlog of music that has been written over the last 5 years. This first release is just one of a number of EP’s set to come from 7XINS, and is the very beginning of what promises to be a busy year and beyond for Severn Electronics, with many more rich and atmospheric releases to come.

For our tenth release, we welcome Kirk Paxman. A DJ and producer from Leeds, UK, he is influenced by the vibrant scene of the late 90s and early 2000s. Kirk seeks to blend classic and contemporary sounds, creating sonic experiences with nostalgia and innovation. On our NTN010 release "Splash," Kirk Paxman delivers a three-track EP. 

"Splash" is an electrifying techno track that immerses listeners in a pulsating rhythm. With its rolling drums driving the energy forward, the track features dynamic synth stabs that create a vibrant soundscape. Layered with captivating vocal snippets, "Splash" builds intensity and evokes a sense of euphoria, making it perfect for the dance floor. 

"Chidori" is a mesmerizing techno track that kicks off with rolling, groovy beats that instantly draw you in. The pulsating rhythms are complemented by a powerful main driving synth that gradually builds throughout the track, creating an immersive sonic journey. Enhanced by intricate sound layers and atmospheric effects, "Chidori" takes listeners on a captivating ride, perfect for setting the mood on the dance floor and keeping the energy flowing.

"Fusion Dance" is a high-energy techno track that captivates from the first beat. Featuring driving rhythms that propel the listener into a state of movement, the track incorporates infectious vocal stabs that add an electrifying layer to the experience. With its seamless blend of pulsating beats and dynamic sound elements, "Fusion Dance" is designed to ignite the dance floor and keep the energy flowing.
