Today’s topic I want to talk about is confidence and the cause to why you lack a true confidence. We all know confidence is crucial in every area of our lives whether it’s career, social or relationships. The reason why you might be lacking in confidence  is that you have a poor self-image
In order to have true confidence, you need to have a healthy self-image. Self-image refers to the way you view yourself. The way you view yourself affects both your belief that you can do something and your willingness to actually do it. You can have all the positive intentions in the world but if you place limitations on yourself, you will struggle to break through them. That means you take little to no actions, thus produce poor or no results. Which in turns, confirm what you believe and how you feel about yourself.
In this episode today we are going to look at how having a poor self-image can make you hold yourself back. As a result, affecting your levels of confidence.
