Today was a nice fall day and I got to wear a jacket. Decided that maybe that it'd be a good occasion to release this album, but had to wait to go home and export the mixes. 

I've been sitting on this entire album for around a year or so. It's a collection of songs from 2013 to early 2017 that I never really planned on doing anything with. 

When I was transcribing the lyrics, I realized that there was a theme--all of these songs were about singular isolated moments. And a lot of them are self-loathing and bummed out, but at the end of the day they're still genuine. I learned a lot about myself revisiting these songs and it's been weird. A lot has changed pre and post college career, but a lot has stayed the same. I haven't released any music since January 2016. Local Onlys debut still isn't out and its been finished for 3 years. I can't remember the last time I wrote a song--but it means the world for people to ask where all the music has been. Hopefully you enjoy this lil project.
