When Jakob finally woke up, he felt the shift in his consciousness and was so grateful for this powerful experience. He decided it would be best to go outside and hike through nature to appreciate the deep connection he was feeling. Jakob discovered a beautiful spot under a big tree beside a small creek. He laid down and felt Mother Earth under his body. After a while, the vibration of the place took over his whole being. Jakob sank into the magic of this space so far, that he touched the consciousness of Pachamama…

An epic response by 41 artists at the death of Cecil the Lion.

"We believe that if we can learn to respect wildlife, we'll learn to respect one another." 

Cecil the Lion was lured out of his protected territory and killed illegally in a "canned" hunt by a hunter who wanted nothing more than a trophy for his ego. Poaching and illegal hunting has become such a problem that it's possible elephants and rhinos in the wild will go extinct altogether in our lifetimes. 

RadHaus wants your help doing something about it. 

We can't all pack up and fly to Africa or India to save the critters. However, there is something that we as musicians can do: we can make music, donate our time and talents. 

That's how this project was born. 

This compilation is a delicious mix of ambient, new age, world beat, and experimental music--there's definitely something here for nearly every ear.

"I listened to Naynaeo, in the river where I lived in the peruvian jungle in Iquitos for 2 years, as an offering to that eternal time, to the unity of all the worlds in one, being present. Andre Lehner later accompanied me during the recording in Austria by playing the shamanic drum, and so together with my sansula and my voice we recreated that memory of the future."

Vibrating in tune, listening, breathing, deeply rooted, reconnecting with our essence, listening to nature, from the silence, we are one with Her and from this listening we can receive her messages, the melodies and vibration that she transmits to us. 

“Essência” is a magical journey through the (sound) landscapes of Peru, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Austria and Portugal. Sounds of pure nature recorded in different places of the earth. In those sanctuaries, from my inner silence, an empty space is created within me to receive and give birth. Being at service to the essence and translating it into music. Serving as an instrument I transmit through my voice, my words, and the different instruments that I play. Being connected with everything, disappearing, like a bridge joining the bodies of sound and silence.”
