Tibetan Bowls F# Heart Chakra with 6hz Binaural Beat

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. This works best with headphones and is useful for meditation or relaxation. In this case I created three binaural beats. Each section is 10 minutes long and the beginnings are marked with the hits of the singing bowl. The tone is C 256 hz.

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

As the final notes of the inaugural Sanctuary Music Festival at TreeCasa Resort in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, faded into the night, this closing Liquid Bloom DJ set encapsulated the spirit of the weekend. Beginning with organic mid-tempo house, the journey gradually intensified, weaving through world drum and bass and psychedelic bass, before gently descending into a serene ambient landing. This progression mirrored the festival's ethos of music, adventure, and connection, leaving attendees with a profound sense of unity and fulfillment.

"Whispers Of Our Ancestors (Erothyme Remix)" appears on the new "Zero Gravity" compilation from Canadian label Interchill featuring 21 tracks from a stellar line-up of producers. The sounds are deep, lush and engaging, and being a double album you get more time to enjoy where you’re going. Some of the tracks have been previously released and others were made for the album. The artistic brief for the new tracks was music for modern opium dens; so break out the pillows, lower the lights and get comfortable.

Many of the artists have had tracks or albums released on Interchill before - and two of them (Adham Shaikh and Legion of Green Men) had tracks on Interchill’s first compilation Northern Circuits which was released 21 years ago. Others are new for the label. And there’s a tune from Loop Guru that was released 25 years ago that made a deep impression then and still does now. Zero Gravity is meant for taking it easy, traveling without leaving your couch and for enjoying the healing and inspirational qualities of fine music.

For nearly two decades, Amani Friend has been at the helm of the global-electronic project Liquid Bloom. As founder of Liquid Bloom, he has guided the project through its many lives, and its many rebirths at the hands of remixers AtYyA, Hedflux, Numatik, and Mose to name a few. Joining Amani on stage and in the studio is one-man looping orchestra Poranguí, whose own globe-trotting journey has made his musical upbringing as varied as the instruments he lays before him. A Liquid Bloom performance with the Brazilian-born, U.S.-based artist sees him bounce between didgeridoo, kalimba, and vocals with ease, as he celebrates percussion and instruments from around the world in a dizzying collection.

The Liquid Bloom experience unfolds in a multitude of incarnations. Amani is able to craft deep, entrancing journeys during his solo DJ sets. As a duo, Amani and Poranguí are able to balance and weave the organic and the electronic within their performances. With multi-instrumentalists, singers, and performers like Kaminanda, Deya Dova, Shamans Dream, and Ixchel Prisma, the Liquid Bloom live band springs to life, bringing the catalogue into view through an entirely different lens and bursting with a vibrancy and depth of artistic harmony.
