Maji Entertainment  is the founder if DySfUnXiOnAl FaMiLy. Which is a large team of young professionals. Singers, rappers, beat makers, dancers writers, engineers, graphic artist, web developers, promoters models and much more. we do most if not all of our own production in house all across the globe to show the industry what we can do alone at a small scale with out help or outside influence. MEANING we are looking for a larger VENUE MORE LIKE a label deal. an opportunity to stay somewhat independent but under a bigger umbrella. while retaining the right to stay together,There are so many major/independent labels to choose from. what makes us different is that we all can switch up jobs or split into teams and still maintain the same consistency while moving toward higher goals. when you hear our music you can tell that our SWAGG is not like every other artist coming out plus the words are very meaningful just like the production. you can feel it .. not just hear it.. what we are actually looking for is an ENDORSEMENT or a SPONSORSHIP before anything.. or a PARTNER WITH BIG BANK AND THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS. moving along... big labels are a thing of the past because the artist with the right team can do everything they can do but they do come in handy with the right situation. which is 10/1000

MAJI ENTERTAINMENT IS A FAMILY FULL OF DYSFUNXIONAL yet able and willing PEOPLE with.nothing to hide  because our lives are open books so. it is what it is, the opportunity to leave NORTH CAROLINA and travel to other countries is a blessing which we hope to take to another level. when i say dysfunxional i dont mean crazy. we are just trying to find ourselfs thru trial and error think of it more as a way of life for young professionals and solo artist growing up in this game where if you know like i know is like a casino meaning it wasent built off of winners and the odds are against us. we understand that so we grouped up and go all out compiled into one big explosive. like the Jacksons to another level. 

we all grew up together and stayed strong thru all these years because of our LOVE FOR the MUSIC. which kept most of us alive and breathing because the music inspires us. we give you our life and experiences in every song you hear. we have been recording and elevating our craft for a DECADE now. only thing missing is the right opportunity.

Killa J (born KJ Harkness) is a Georgia native, hailing from the city of Athens. At the age of seven, Killa J began composing rhymes which allowed the groundwork formation for his later success. In 1999, Killa J relocated to the small town of Martinsville, Viginia where he attended Magne Vista High School. A year later, he produced his first full song--at the age of 10.

KJ currently attends Virginia Tech where he studies at the Pamplin College of Business. On April 3rd, KJ opened for Wiz Khalifa in Blacksburg, Virginia. In addition, he has been offered the position of opening artist for Dr. Dre in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The debut single “Wake Up”, which features Ricky Ruckus, began as an internet sensation and is now receiving radio as well as DJ attention across the country. KJ’s debut mixtape, 4th and Inches, was released on April 20th, 2011. The mixtape to date has over 2,000 downloads and was featured on the front page of CurrentHipHop.com.

Recently, Killa J released the single "Monster", which has sky rocketed his buzz as well as career. "Monster" will be officially released as a mastered single on iTunes in June of 2011. To date, "Monster"has over 5,000 downloads and 10,000 plays. He has been requested in numerous locations such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach, New York City, and Miami for promotion of the single.

Killa J has a remarkable and tenacious work ethic. He strives to construct at least one song a day. With only 19 years of life, his potential to dominate the hip hop industry is becoming ever so obvious. KJ’s use of literary devices as well as his masterful wordplay is inimitable in modern times.
