Composer's Reel #2

Eclectic is the most frequent description Lisa Hogan hears about her music. She is a composer, singer and songwriter, with numerous credits, awards, 2 records releases, and dozens of performances. Hogan arrived in NYC in the 1990's and had the thrill of playing at NYC's famed rock n roll venues, most of which are closed. She composes and sings very eclectic work from pop, art songs, electronic, and jazz to acoustic new-romantic instrumental music, all of which can be heard on Soundcloud. Her work has been used in Nickelodeom and performed in France, Kansas City, California, Alabama, Indiana University of PA and New York City. She was recently featured in a concert of piano music in NYC and winning the top cash prize. She has been reviewed in the New York Times and continues to push the boundaries of what she calls “new romantic music.” recently finished a course in film composition at Juilliard, is seeking work in film, TV, and podcasts, writing scores or songs, and as a vocalist she is extremely interested in singing on other projects and using her voice in any capacity.
