Visualisation For Positive Body Image And Changes

This is a 15 minute meditation to help you step into the New Moon energy of the 5th April 2019. This year is a continual cycle of letting go and then stepping into the new, or a death and rebirth, but many times over. The energies at present are very powerful and are asking us just to surrender and receive: "Ask and you will receive".
I hope you find this meditation beneficial and as always, it is held with the intention for your highest good and healing. You can listen to this anytime within the next 48 hours to harness the new moon energy but it can also be listened to after that as a way to let go and receive the new.

New Moon Meditation 5th April

I was guided to offer a meditation for this upcoming full Moon. Whilst this feels strongly related to conscious relationships and balance between masculine and feminine, it also resonates deeply with unconditional love. In this 15 minute meditation I offer you guided visual imagery to take you into a space of being able to connect with your sacred inner circle and to enable a giving of unconditional love to your human aspect. I felt inspired to offer you a short visual meditation today focussing on JOY. This new moon feels very powerful in its ability to disentangle us from the cobwebs and dust of old ways of thinking and just general fogginess and lack of clarity. Now is the time to use the energy of JOY to step into your highest vibration and create the life you dream of. Energy is everything, so make what you put out into the world count. New Moon 5th May Joy

This meditation can be listened to at any time but the energy of its transmission is especially heightened over the next 24-48 hours as part of the energy influx of the Full Moon in Scorpio, 2019.

During this meditation I receive and transmit channeled information from my guides and higher vibrational support team. I believe that during this time of intense transformation on the planet, we need to trust in our own light and God self. After all, who else is going to do the work of the angels on the planet.

Full Moon 18th May 2019 - Meditation & Channeling - Be The Light

My information from Source comes mainly in the form of symbolism and imagery, together with relevant words, emotions and sensations, however, mostly symbolism. I have found that this is useful when working with clients since it offers me the ability to put across fairly complex and detailed information in a way that the client can interpret in their own way. My biggest desire is to "know God", not necessarily in a spiritual or holy way, but more in the way of how we, as energetic beings from a single Source creator energy, can find that place within us where we too can create universes. I believe one day, this information will be commonplace. For now, I ponder, I question, and I connect to Source for information.
