when i wrote this in late 2019 it was the last time i felt normal.    it was the last time i felt like i did something right and it was right at that time I was told to quit wasting my time on music...  'more important things'  'don't quit your day job'    

my mom had just died, in my f#cking arms, out of nowhere, i had just officially been divorced 15 days prior,    i needed recovery...  i needed to heal.
