Gemma began her career under the watchful eye of PFA (Promotor Friendly Agency), home to international DJ Eddie Halliwell.  

After creating a following playing small underground  nights in the North West, she was signed by PFA. 

Her career kicked off with being nominated as a Mixmag Future Hero.  

The Warehouse Project, Radio One's Big Weekend, and Godskitchen@Air were regular bookings in Gemma's diary, and she was officially the first female DJ to play for Cream, appearing alongside Eddie Halliwell in the main room of Amnesia Ibiza. 

She appeared regularly on BBC Radio one providing guest mixes and interviews. 

The end of her first year at PFA, Gemma was announced as reaching number 24 in the Top 25 DJs of the year in Mixmag, alongside DJs Loco Dice, Sven Vath & Erol Alkin.

With a passion for house music, her sound has moved into a new chapter. Embracing music from all era's, her music is soulful and brimming with a summer vibe.

Ivor Novello Award-winner and Mercury, Grammy, and BRIT-nominated artist Lianne La Havas unveils her new single ‘Disarray.’ The track showcases a blend of emotional depth and striking vocal delivery, set against sparse, ethereal finger-plucked electric guitar —a signature of La Havas’ style.
