SEER-001 packs a punch, with the A-side delivering dancefloor movers of the highest proportions; battle-tested and approved ! 

A1 includes a remix by Tony Lionni (Madhouse Records), while A2 is a tribute track dedicated to the rare 90s NY house track by Barkim & Langel. On the flip side, discover local house-heads 'Maximum Enemi' with their debut releases on the B-side blurring the lines between deep-house and electro. Starting it off with a live jam on B1, expect lushy-chords, chunky basslines and a touch of acid on B2. 

Finishing it off in style, label head has provided us with a downtempo, electro-funk jam that carries an analog feel, making any body move like it's an 80s groove.

For the first time in our 25-year history, we are releasing a live solo recording by Craig Richards from the club. 

“This mix was recorded on the second of December at a Continuum party. I commenced just after five and finished at nine. The heady combination of nostalgia coupled with the past, the future and more importantly my daughter dancing next to me, resulted in a mix that I felt happy with. Historically, I have been very self-critical and have chosen not to release many mixes. Across nearly four hours this one seems to encapsulate the twenty five years of playing at fabric. In 1998 I was invited by Keith Reilly to play weekly at what was an imaginary nightclub. I had no idea that experience would continue for so many years. Playing vinyl on that sound system and mixer is highly exciting and a joy in itself. I am delighted that this has been my method of sonic communication and remain deeply grateful for my ongoing residency.” - Craig Richards

Striking a rich vein of atmospheric dance music on the latest record with Convergence founder Kosh. Chameleon biz from a producer operating right at the intersection of Midwestern and New York styles, OYSTER55 traverses lacerating electro, rugged house trax and freestyle pressure with ease.

Possibly the meanest we’ve heard from the Moroccan scene flag-bearer, opener ‘Human Condition’ sets a menacing pace. But if that one batters down doors with some hurtling electro-breaks, ‘The Chopper’ opts for sleek aerodynamics and dappled, luminous hues. It’s another example of Kosh’s restless, breaks-fuelled ballistics, but this time deeper, more immersive.

Back with more urgency, where ‘Come On’ recalls the baddest freestyle Latin electro, ‘The Zinger’ closes proceedings on an anthemic tip. In fact, neither would have been out of place on NYC labels like Nu Grove or Nervous Records, highlighting Kosh’s capacity for skewing classic styles to his distinct design. It’s exactly the kind of material you’d expect for a producer that first coming to prominence on Casa Voyager, where exquisitely crafted dance music has become their trademark.

Full steam ahead for Lis Sarroca as she disembarks on another year of upward trajectory in 2024, she will hit the road again with her refined record bag and continues to propel a wide range of sounds on various labels including her own Maai Records. The half Spanish, half Mexican flourishing talent continues the never ending search for dusty gems of old and the futuristic sounds of new, never allowing genres to restrain her; something that can be noticed within her storytelling DJ sets around Europe and the rest of the world with her residency with House Of Love, Fabric (London), Sisyphos (Berlin) and the country of Mexico where she grew up. As a producer you can feel her natural talent within each and every track, meandering organically between house, breaks, and electro with each detail meticulously placed earning her releases on the likes of Shall Not Fade, Chiwax, and Maai Records the label she founded a few years back. 2023 will also see Maai turn to vinyl with the first 12” EPs in the works.
