Revolution is Diplo's follow up to the meme-defining Express Yourself EP. Teaming up with an all new cast of friends including Mike Posner, RiFF RAFF, Travis Porter, Action Bronson and many more , Diplo has produced one of the most cutting edge dance EP's in recent memory. "Biggie Bounce" continues where "Express Yourself" left off, creating a new NOLA bounce anthem with Travis Porter, restating Diplo's claim to the king of twerk. Diplo aims for the clouds with "Revolution," allowing Kai's vocal delivery to soar above the stadium trap instrumental. "Crown" lets loose one of the hardest drops of Diplo's career only to have him pull it back in with Mike Posner's light hearted vocals. The EP is rounded out with "Rock Steady", an homage to old school hip hop featuring verses from Action Bronson, Mr MFN esquire and Mad Decent's own RiFF RAFF. Each track on the Revolution EP highlights a different aspect of Diplo's production style and displays why he's one of the most sought after producers in the world.

I finally finish this track on my new laptop! What a touching moment!

The original song is really beautiful, it provides me a lot of inspiration, I’ve improved my sound and groove design skill because of this project.

"There's always a flame of hope inside our heart. We will struggle and fight for keep it burn at the outset. However, once the flame has died out, we used to soak in the endless darkness, living like a corpse and forget the way to fire it up.  We gradually forget how to see with our eyes, to hear with our ears, to breath with our nose and even think with our brain. We just let our body sank deep into that darkness and waiting for silver lining. In the end, we even forget what we're waiting for..."

「我們心中都有一炷希望的火苗。起初我們為了讓它持續燃燒不斷掙扎與奮鬥。但一旦火苗熄滅，我們習慣沉浸於無盡的黑暗之中，如同行屍一般活著而忘記燃起它的方法。漸漸地我們忘記如何用眼睛去看，用耳朵去聽，用鼻子去呼吸甚至大腦去思考。只是讓自己沈澱與黑暗之中等待一絲光芒。到最後，我們甚至遺忘自己在等待何物……」

這首曲子是我開始做音樂到現在花最多心血與時間（與金錢，哈哈）完成的曲子，在Dubstep中融入了大量弦樂器與較沈重的拍子，試著營造出黑暗與掙扎的感覺是我這次想做的嘗試。也很榮幸可以請到Qma來featuring vocal的部份，以及感謝錄音師賭神幫我完成vocal tracking的工作！大家都非常辛苦與努力，希望你們會喜歡。：）
